florida. arrested for aggravated battery. apparently, according to a police affidavit, jonathan was sleeping and not wearing a seatbelt while the flight attendant couldn't wake him up he seemed very n tox indicated. so she told the pilot. the pilot turned the plane back around headed back to the gate still on the ground at this point. and told jonathan he had to get off the plane. then the other brother lewis decided he was going to leave with his brother when sudden lit feud broke out. suddenly the fight broke out. here are some pictures inside the terminal after the fight dribbled from inside the airplane into the terminal. that is when the pilot was punched several times. the attendant was punched, as well. there was some concern that the pilot might have sustained some permanent damage because his eye was blurry but he did refuse medical attention and another pilot ended up taking over and flying that plane got here about 2.25 hours late but one of the quotes actually that was quite disturbing from the affidavit is that one of the baez brothers apparently said, when you fly to san juan, i will have you killed, saying
